With the exception of a few* - all Dusky & Royce Products are made to order therefore Please allow a few days for us to create and make for you! We will usually dispatch the item/s within 7 - 14 days and you will receive an email to confirm shipping on the day your order has been posted.

Please note - The personalised Initial Items of Clothing will take a bit longer (between 14-16 days)

*CLEARANCE items are available for dispatch straight away and you can usually expect to receive these within 3-4 working days.

Postage costs are as follows - 
UK - Sent by Royal Mail 1st class £4.45 or Royal Mail 2nd Class £3.35 per order. SELECT when you Order.
(If your order is urgent please add a comment upon checkout so we can do our best to get it to you as quickly as possible.)
Rest of the World - Sent by Royal Mail International TRACKED for a fixed price of £15.00 per order.

We hope you are happy with your Dusky & Royce Purchase.  
As with all handmade items expect your item to be lovely and not Perfect!

We usually don't allow for returns unless the product you have received is faulty, as most of our products are handmade to order.  However, should you be dissatisfied with your product please get in touch by emailing us within 14 days of your purchase  - hello@duskyandroyce.com 

Please note - we do not accept returns or provide refunds for bespoke orders.

For hygienic reasons, it is not possible to exchange or return any Face Masks.
